At Big Newsies, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and delightful. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

How Does Delivery Work?

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 days for our team to pick and pack your order. We offer next business day dispatch for expedite and express orders. 
  • Shipping Confirmation: When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Standard Shipping:

  • U.S.: 5-7 business days
  • Outside of the U.S.: 7-20 business days

Expedited Shipping:

  • U.S.: 3-5 business days

Express Shipping:

  • U.S.: 2 business days

Please note: Shipping times do not include our processing time.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can follow up with the courier.

Custom Fees:

We are not responsible for any custom fees for international orders outside of the United States. By purchasing our products, you consent to your package being subject to custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Incorrect Shipping Address Details:

We will deliver the products ordered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete, including a full postal code, in accordance with postal service regulations. If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Big Newsies is not liable, and the customer will be responsible for additional product and delivery charges, if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 25 business days before we re-dispatch the item.
