Refund policy
At Big Newsies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Non-Personalized Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Personalized or Custom Orders: Unfortunately, personalized or custom orders cannot be returned.
- Pregnancy Announcements: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bignewsies.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
Refund Process: Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
